Employee Certification Software

Employee Certification with 319 InSight is an easy, cost-effective approach to ensure total organizational transparency and compliance.  Questionnaires can be assigned on a continual basis to comply with changing regulations and business climates.

Many organizations utilize the Employee Certification module to conduct monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual questionnaires.  Often times, these questionnaires ask for sensitive employee feedback, including and related to organizational policies and code of conduct.  The questionnaires offer training moments to reinforce corporate policies & values, while capturing important data from the field.

The Employee Certification module contains a secure web portal to allow employees to complete questionnaires, sign & certify policies, and learn about critical company procedures.  If SSO (single sign on) is elected for Active Directory connections, employees can directly connect to the portal without needing to know or use passwords.  Full tracking and audit information is still obtained even if they use SSO for access to the portals and other 319 InSight applications.  The module can be arranged to check for employee updates on a clock, thus dynamically adding/removing access and other important information into the platform.

Administrators are given full access to Workstation, which contains one-to-many dashboards to reveal at-a-glance insights, reports, & follow-up items.  Reporting can be configured to examine and analyze data to match any need.

Client Feedback

Director of ComplianceQuotation Mark319 InSight has vastly improved the efficiency of our compliance department – it is the only platform I have found that can 100% match our compliance business processes across the globe. All other platforms that we implemented forced us to compromise, thus we removed them from our corporation.
